One to one Coaching

As a European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) qualified coach, my one to one approach is highly effective for personal and professional development.

Identified for those in need of additional, goal-related support, Performance, Wellbeing, personal and professional growth improving skills and confidence, and focussing on well-being and work life balance.  One to One coaching can be delivered both online, and face to face, with lots of our clients choosing to opt for a blended approach of outdoor exercise (walk and talk) and focussed action planning.

Mental Health First Aid

Our Mental Health First Aid course is delivered in an interactive and engaging style. 

Equipping you with a sound understanding of the most commonly diagnosed mental health conditions, this training will give you the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health issues. You will learn how to offer both practical and emotional support to those around you, as well as being able to signpost to appropriate mental health services.

This is a certificated course, enabling you to take your skills and knowledge into your work place as a mental health first aider.
