I’m Adrian, the founder of Little Blackbird. I am passionate about well-being and more importantly the route to improve it for individuals, teams & organisations.

What’s our ‘why’?
I possess a desire to educate and develop understanding around ‘well-being’ and what it looks, sounds, and feels like.
Along with many individuals I can relate personally to the challenges that you can encounter when striving to maintain work/life balance, which fundamentally drives my passion to help others in a similar situation.

Utilising face to face and online platforms, Little Blackbird can meet the needs of individuals (coaching), teams (experiential training) and events (public speaking and interactive workshops).

With over 15 year’s experience of working with teams and businesses, our experiential approach will create a positive impact on groups, individuals and organisations.
Individuals
Coaching is a highly effective vehicle for individuals to explore areas of progression in both work & life. Through effective listening and questioning let us enable you to move forward and join the dots.
All coaches are professionally qualified via the EMCC Globally individual accreditation.
Events
In our experience nothing brings an event to life more than an engaging speaker with authentic well-being stories to tell or an interactive workshop that injects energy and encourages reflection and practical solutions.

Programmes
All programmes adopt an experiential approach; whether it be an online or face to face platform. All sessions are highly interactive and engaging because if they are not memorable how can they transfer from the training room into the workplace?
Take a breath – (well-being fundamentals & Stress management training)
Do you work remotely or wish you had the self-awareness and understanding to manage your well-being and specifically your daily stress levels?
This one-day interactive training programme is packed with useful information and practical strategies to improve or sustain well-being balance, whether you are in or out of work.
Can of Worms (Difficult Conversations Training)
Does your heart skip a beat when you head into a conversation that may open a well-being and mental health can of worms? This one/two day programme is designed to improve skill, confidence and knowledge and it does exactly that with an opportunity to practise real world situations with experienced real-play actors.
If these conversations are explored with human qualities at the forefront, we can send people’s engagement and sense of belonging through the roof.
Mental Health First Aid (certificated course)
If you have a desire to help the well-being and mental health of the people around you, then you should consider becoming a certified Mental Health First Aider.
This interactive 2-day programme will give you the skills and confidence to support the ones around you, you will also leave with extensive resources that will sustain confidence and knowledge when you head back into work and society.
1-2-1 coaching
With an EMCC Global qualified coach this platform can be highly effective in gaining momentum in areas such a personal development, developing skills / confidence and sustaining well-being balance.
This is delivered either face to face, online or a blend of both approaches.
