Building resilience & goal setting in sport
The session can be led actively inside the classroom, or outside in an open space, where content can be delivered as part of specific exercises, linking resilience and goals to physical challenges.
Each session is bespoke, and very much tailored to the needs of the group, however key components will include exploration of any pressures (age appropriate for younger participants), Our “why” –how to keep our sport fun, exercise to explore the love of sport, what it means, and how to keep motivation high when external pressures are impacting, understanding of what limiting beliefs are and how to change thought processes and the importance of goals on and off the pitch.
