Delivered in schools, residential and community settings, this session can be delivered actively in workshops or larger group assemblies.
The content includes exploration of what Masculinity means and the difference between toxic and healthy masculinity. We focus on social media, and how perceptions have evolved over the years, factors that may impact on toxic behaviour, and changing thought processes and reframing the age old notion that “You should just man up”. Utilising active exercises to explore emerging themes within each group, perceptions are explored and challenged withing a safe environment.
